Garden Clean Ups: Spring and Mid-Season

In the need for a complete garden clean up? We’ve got you covered. The tasks we complete truly depend on the timing within the spring season.

When the Snowdrops Bloom - Late March to Early April

We do late winter pruning, dormant oil application, bunny and deer protection, removal of winter damage, undo protection from delicate shrubs & gentle raking.  Too early to edge and trough.

When the Crocus Bloom - Mid April

We do all of the above and blow out the leaves, rake and cut back remaining perennials & unhill roses. Still to early to edge and trough.

When the Forsythia Blooms - Late April to Early May 

Soil is fully thawed so we can safely turn the soil, we do all of the above and add an aggressive weed.  the soil is dry enough so we can also  edge & trough too.

Maple Trees Leaf Out - Mid May 

If you call us after Leaf out, we do all of the above and it is also warm enough for us to plant!

PREMIUM SPRING CLEAN UP SERVICE: TWO VISITS

Well-informed clients choose our two-visit Spring Clean Up. Late March to Early April to ensure that their beds and borders look great during the early spring and in early May to do a deep, initial weeding with edging and troughing for their beds and borders.

MID SEASON TUNE UPS IN JULY

We also provide a mid season tune up during the month of July to weed, edge and trough, prune and fertilize your Garden.
